Bill has 30 years of management experience in the hospitality and golf industries. Bill brings to the Cast Group a solid understanding of hotel, golf, food, beverage and multi property management. Career highlights include management of three golf properties for the Sandri Corporation as well as 10 years at the Innisbrook Golf Resort as Director of Hotel Operations.

Bill is a limited partner in Robel Realty which focuses on high-end waterfront residential and commercial properties. Bill has managed over 29 million dollars in sales in the last 3 years and is the President of The Cast Group.

Pat founded and served as president of Mecom Facilities, Inc., a Clearwater-based commercial development and construction company in 1996. The company was the predecessor of RoBEL Investments, LLC and RoBEL Realty, LLC. In his role at RoBEL as managing partner, he brings more than 30 years of management experience in residential, commercial and industrial real estate development and brokerage to the company. He brings to the Cast Group an in-depth experience in construction, business infrastructure, finance planning, corporate management and strategic planning.

Pat is a partner in the ownership of Marker 1 Marina, an upscale wet and dry slip facility in Dunedin Florida. He is also currently involved in development projects on Clearwater Beach and Tarpon Springs.

Jay Overton

Jay is currently the Director of Golf at The Westin Innisbrook Golf Resort in Palm Harbor, Florida. Jay also served as the Head Golf Professional at the Pinehurst Resort and Golf Club.

Jay Overton has over 34 years of experience in the Golf industry and is a valuable consulting asset to The Cast Group.

Jay has competed in 23 major championships including the PGA and US Opens, Senior PGA, Senior US Opens and British Senior Open. Jay also created the Golf Instruction Program at Innisbrook known as The Innisbrook Troon Golf Institute.
